Delivery Terms
At VYTRO, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 working hours, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Once dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
If there is any delay in the supply of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Orders will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
If you’ve made an error, email us promptly at support@vytro.co.uk and we’ll do our best to amend it before dispatch.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery Options
- Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked: Standard service for one-time orders and first-time subscriptions.
- DPD Next Business Day Delivery: Available at £4.95.
- Repeat subscription deliveries will be fulfilled using Royal Mail 48-hour service.
Most deliveries arrive within 2–3 working days (Royal Mail) or 1–2 working days (DPD). However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, holidays, or courier issues.
Please wait up to 5 working days post-dispatch before contacting us about your order.
Damaged Deliveries
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If it doesn’t, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Simply email support@vytro.co.uk with a photo of the damaged product and we’ll handle the rest.
