VYTRO® Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% happy with your VYTRO® order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
🗓️ 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in original, unopened packaging
- Free from signs of tampering or damage
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened supplements, powders, or capsules
- Used or partially consumed items
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
Note: This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
🔄 How to Request a Return
- Email our support team at support@vytro.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 24 hours with your return instructions and address.
- Pack the item securely and return it via a tracked service.
Important: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and issue your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds? Please check your bank first, then contact us at support@vytro.co.uk.
📦 Exchanges & Replacements
If you’ve received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, we’ll happily send a free replacement. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure quick resolution.
🌍 International Orders
Returns from outside the UK are accepted, but customers are responsible for international return shipping and any import duties incurred. Please contact us before sending any item back internationally.
